Fostering People's Education, Empowerment and Enterprise, Inc. (FosPEEE) is a non-profit, non-stock, non-government organization that aims to promote community empowerment for environmental stewardship, restoration, and conservation of biodiversity, and sustainable development in key conservation sites in the Philippines.
It was established in January 2004 and formally registered at the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 15, 2004. FosPEEE’s operations have been focused on the Upper Marikina Watershed, particularly in the Tayabasan and Boso-Boso sub-watersheds in partnership with 11 People’s Organizations based in Sitio Apia, Barangay Calawis, and Sitio San Ysiro in Barangay San Jose, Antipolo City, province of Rizal. In 2025, its operations expanded to the Ipo Watershed in Norzagaray, Bulacan.

FosPEEE transitioned its acronym from FPE3 to FosPEEE, while retaining its full organizational name. This rebranding includes a new logo that clearly represents Fostering People’s Education, Empowerment, and Enterprise Inc.

The new logo design highlights the key thrusts that FosPEEE promotes through its work. These key thrusts are represented by three (3) distinct elements – each with its own color and shape:
To promote community empowerment for environmental stewardship, restoration and conservation of biodiversity, and sustainable development.
To foster the education, empowerment, and social enterprise of people and communities that encourage biodiversity conservation and sustainable development.
To promote, develop, implement, engage in, and/or support biodiversity-friendly social enterprises.
To collaborate and partner with other civil society organizations, local government units, national government agencies, academe, and other stakeholders to promote environmental stewardship, restoration and conservation of biodiversity, and sustainable development.
To generate resources through fundraising to pursue environmental stewardship, restoration and conservation of biodiversity, and sustainable development.
